Guneet Chehl Perera

In my 20s, I’ve been navigating the balancing act of hustle culture, self-care, and finding a career I truly love, all while seeking genuine guidance. I wanted someone who would share not just the highs and personal growth but also the mistakes and struggles. When I couldn’t find that person, I decided to create it myself. That’s why I’m here—sharing my journey and providing the honest support I wished I had.

So, who am I?

Over the past decade, I’ve dipped into various fields—from customer service and aviation to sales, executive recruitment, and management consulting. Most of my career has revolved around HR, where I play matchmaker by connecting people with their dream jobs and helping companies find top talent.

Recently, I launched a personalised coaching service, blending my 7+ years of HR, recruitment, and consulting experience to guide others through their job hunting journey. What I’m really passionate about is inspiring people by being real and relatable, and that’s exactly what I aim to bring to every interaction.

Why did I create The Hustle Club?

The Hustle Club was born from my vision of creating a space where you feel like you're sitting on the living room floor with a friend, sharing your work struggles, money goals, and self-care tips. I want you to experience that same warmth, support, and honesty in all aspects of self-development and life.
